2. Breakfast

          Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day.
          It provides you with the energy you need to start your day.

          A healthy breakfast includes a variety of foods from different

          food groups. Some common breakfast foods are cereals, toast,
          eggs, fruits and milk. Indian breakfast includes foods like idli,

          dosa, puri and upma. Eating a balanced breakfast helps you
          concentrate better in school and gives you the nutrients your

          body needs. It’s important not to skip breakfast because it

          sets the tone for the rest of the day.
