B. Use of as soon as
‘As soon as’ is a conjunction.
We can use ‘as soon as’ to join two separate sentences. It is used to show that something
happens shortly after another action is completed.

• The road is being repaired.
After that it will be open to traffic.
As soon as the road is repaired, it will be open to traffic.
