          B.  Present Perfect Tense
                The present perfect tense is used to show a link between the present and the past. The time
              of the action is before now but not specified.
                The present perfect is formed by using have or has with the past participle form of verb.
              The present perfect tense is used to describe:
              •  An action that started in the past and continues in the present.

                  She has lived in Delhi for 10 years. [and she still does]
              •  A repeated action in an unspecified period between the past and now.
                  We  have visited Singapore many times.
              •  An action that has just been completed or has been completed in the recent past.

                  They have just finished the work.
              •  An action when it is not important to mention the time.
                  He has read Brian Trucy’s ‘Eat that frog’. (reading is important, not the time of reading)
