2. Importance of Sleep
          Read the passage below and answer the questions that follow.

            Every creature needs to rest. Animals and humans,
            they all need sleep. Just like food, sleep is necessary

            for survival. Sleep gives your body rest and allows
            you to prepare for the next day. It’s like giving your
            body a mini-vacation. Sleep also gives your brain a

            chance to sort things out. The amount of sleep we
            need depends on our age. Babies sleep a lot-about
            15 to 16 hours a day! Children between 5 and 12

            need  upto  11 hours  of  sleep. Adults usually need
            only about 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. If you
            don’t sleep for one night, you will feel lazy and irritable the next day. If you don’t sleep for two
            nights, you will not be able to think clearly and logically. And if you don’t sleep for more than five

            nights, you could have hallucinations which means you will start seeing things that are actually
            not there! Therefore, you must sleep well every night.
