Wellness


            We should respect our environment and recognise the impact it has on both itself
            and our health. Making basic efforts to protect our mother earth may result in a
            healthier and more pleasant atmosphere.


            To protect the environment, we should take the following measures:

            •  Say no to plastics.


            •  Do not waste and throw away food.

            •  Do not spit in public.

            •  Keep your surroundings clean by properly disposing of both biodegradable and

                non-biodegradable garbage.

            •  Turn off electrical appliances when not in use to save energy.

            •  Reuse newspapers and other unwanted items to create arts and crafts.






            Life Skills and Values


             Nature is our mother and our first teacher. The most important lesson she
             teaches us is to maintain balance in our lives. We learn how to remain calm in

             the face of joy, grief, and fear. Nature has a thousand things to teach us if we
             look for them. Observing nature teaches us the value of respecting all living

             beings and the environment we live in.
