what I’m going to talk about?” Nasruddin said and
walked away. When the people requested him to
continue, he returned and asked them the same

what you are going to speak about.”
Nasruddin said, “What’s the use of
telling people something they

The people begged

them the same question. Now the
people tried to be clever. Half of them said ‘yes’ and the other half said ‘no’.

2. Mullah Nasruddin and his neighbour
One day, Nasruddin wanted to cook something. He needed a pot. So he went to his
neighbour and asked him for a pot. He promised to return it the next day. The next

smaller one inside it. He said, “There is another pot inside the one I gave you.” “Your
pot has given birth to a baby pot,” Nasruddin said. The neighbour was quite pleased
