          to the  dignitaries. A dish of wonderful food was immediately placed before him.































          Without a pause Nasruddin began to rub handfuls of the food into his cloak and turban.

          The host and some of the important people noticed this. The host said, “O revered sir!
          We are curious to know about your eating habits.”


          “Nothing special,” said Nasruddin. “It is my dress that got me                    Why did Nasruddin rub
