                                    When you are on a busy road always walk on the footpath. Cross the road only at the zebra crossing. If there is no zebra crossing, you should look to the left, then the right, then to the left again. Keep away from parked vehicles as they may suddenly back up or pull forward.Follow the traffic lights while on the road: When you step out into the streets, you also see some stray animals. Don%u2019t touch or go near an animal. Don%u2019t tease a dog or a cat or pull its ears or tail. Never bother an animal when it is sleeping.Leave the animal alone or it may bite or attack you, if you go too close to it. When a dog runs towards you, don%u2019t run. Walk away from it very slowly. Don%u2019t throw stones at it. Animals are your friends, so you should be kind to them. And keep away from them. This is the best way to be safe.Animaal BitesIf you are bitten or scratched by a dog or a cat, tell an adult. He or she can take you to the doctor.
