                                    FIRST AIDSometimes you get hurt, no matter how careful you are. First aid is the immediate help given when someone gets sick or hurt. It can help save a life. Basic first aid skills are to be used until medical help arrives. But you should know the first aid to be given.Let us learn all about it.%u2022 Pour cold water on minor burns immediately after they happen. It will help take away the pain. But if the burn covers a large area and has blisters, see a doctor.%u2022 Wash minor cuts with an antiseptic lotion. Then apply some ointment. If you have a deep cut, cover it with a clean cloth. Press down on the cut until the bleeding stops. If it doesn%u2019t stop, call for help. Don%u2019t forget to have a TT injection.%u2022 If you or a friend has a badly swollen limb after a fall, it usually means there is a fracture. Don%u2019t move the limb at all.
