and vegetables are rich in minerals.
They protect us from diseases.

Spices: Spices are parts of plants that are used to
add flavour, colour, taste and preserve food. Spices
are made from plant bark, roots, stems, leaves
and flowers. Coriander, ginger, garlic, cinnamon,
cloves and cumin are examples of some spices.

coconut, sunflower, mustard
and groundnut.
