Fresh food and rotten food
Freshly prepared food is called fresh food. It is
very tasty and healthy for us. It is rich in vitamins
that keep us healthy and protect us from many
diseases.

Rotten food is stale food. When we eat stale food,
we become sick. Raw vegetables and fruits may
appear fresh at first, but if left out in the open for
a long time, they rot and spoil.
