Hard water contains minerals like calcium and magnesium that are removed
by a water softener. We may use less soap, detergent, and other cleaning

products since soft water uses less of them to get the job done. Since there
is less mineral buildup in the electrical appliances, water softeners also

help us save money by reducing the electricity bills.
