Waste from cities and towns is called urban
waste. Urban waste is mainly from household
waste, industrial waste and waste from
social or public facilities of cities and towns.
Urban waste includes construction debris,
hazardous waste, leftover cement or concrete, wrapping materials, wood, cans,
drums, wire, food and domestic waste like plastic bags and wrappers. This waste
is non-biodegradable.
Waste from villages is called rural waste. Rural waste is mainly farm waste and
domestic waste.
