Importance of games

          Sports and games play a vital role in children’s mental and physical development.

          Games help children to improve their concentration. Children learn to follow

          the rules and become disciplined.

          Games help to improve the ability to accept challenges. Children are taught to

          accept failures with a positive attitude. They develop the ability to accept defeat.

          At the same time, they learn how to connect all their skills.

          Children communicate through games and make friends. They learn to work
          together as a team, irrespective of caste or gender.  Moral values such as honesty,

          punctuality, and responsibility are also taught through games.

          Many indoor games teach children how to deal with problems. They help to

          strengthen the brain and increase memory power.
