The sentence usually is formed in this way:
Subject + would / wouldn’t + base form of the verb
Study the following examples:
● When we were very young, our parents would take us to the park every Sunday.
● When I was in class 1, my teacher wouldn’t give us much writing to do.
Rewrite the sentences with ‘would‘ or ‘wouldn’t‘.
