You can also try by taking a short break after 20-25 minutes of work. This will avoid burn

          out.

          Eat healthy to stay energetic. This helps you to give your best to the task. Get yourself to
          develop time management skills.

          Finish the difficult task first. This will help you do the task without the  temptation to

          abandon it midway.

          Lastly, give yourself an incentive each time you complete a task.

          Last but not the least, be kind to yourself. Do your best to meet your deadlines and celebrate
                                                     your successes. But be realistic; you are human. Just

                                                     tell yourself that you’re getting better and better.
                                                     Don’t say, “I should finish this” but instead say, “I have

                                                     to finish this, come what may.” It is a good tactic to
                                                     tune your mind into thinking that you have no choice

                                                     but to do it.

                                                     Remember, “Procrastination is like a credit card; it’s a
                                                     lot of fun until you get the bill!” It’s the foundation of

                                                     any disaster. So, don’t let it take over your life.
