It takes 365 days and 6 hours (364 ¼ days) to complete one revolution.

Moon
The Moon is the Earth’s only natural satellite. The moon takes 27 ½ days
to complete one complete rotation around its axis. It
also takes the same time for the moon to complete
one complete revolution around the Earth.
The moon is round. It is dry and barren. It has no air
or water. It emits no light of its own, but shines as it
reflects the sunlight that falls on it.

Phases of the Moon
The moon appears to change its shape every night. We only see a portion
of the moon, which is illuminated by sunlight. The other side is dark
and cannot be seen. As the days pass, the moon appears to shrink until
