We all like to eat kulfi in an earthen pot. Do not throw away this pot. Instead,
carefully clean it with water. Fill the pot with soil. Sprinkle some fenugreek

seeds or coriander seeds on the soil and water the pot every morning. Keep
the pot in morning sunlight. Watch the seeds germinate and grow into little

plants. When the plants have a large number of leaves, pluck a few. Ask
your mother to use these leaves to make parathas, puris, or chutney.
