For burns
For small burns, clean the affected area with cool
running water or apply an ice pack.
Apply an antiseptic cream or lotion on the burnt
area. In case of a serious burn, take the burnt
person to a hospital immediately.
For fainting
If someone faints, make them lie down with their
head lower than their body level. This increases the
blood flow to the brain allowing them to regain their
consciousness faster.
Sprinkle cold water on the face of the person and
loosen the clothing.
For insect bites
Apply ice on the affected area to reduce burning and pain.
Apply antiseptic cream or lotion over the affected area.
Insect bites or stings are quite painful. If there is itching all over the body and
difficulty in breathing, go to the hospital.
For nose bleeding
Make the person sit on a chair with his head forward.
Apply a wet cloth or an ice pack on the bridge of the
nose. If the bleeding does not stop, go to the doctor
immediately.
