Houses in villages and towns differ in size,
shape, and material.
Houses in these places are built depending
on the local climate, culture and available
resources.
Most of the houses in the villages or rural
areas are made up of mud, straw bamboo,
stones, etc. These houses are called kutcha houses. They are not very strong.
Nowadays people build houses with cement, bricks, wood and concrete even in
villages.
Houses in cities or urban areas are stronger
and more durable than rural ones. They are
constructed with bricks, cement, wood, iron,
steel, and other materials. These houses are
called pucca houses. They have many rooms
such as a dining area, living room, kitchen,
