Eco-friendly houses

We can also make our homes more environmenta friendly by allowing natural light

and fresh air. We can even replace power with solar and other renewable energy

sources. By using CFL(Compact Fluorescent Bulb) and LED(Light Emitting Diode)

bulbs we can save a large amount of electricity. It also reduces the amount of heat

and carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere.

more durable, and produce higher light quality than other types
of lighting. A conventional bulb converts 9-10 percent of the

We all want to live in a house that is clean and comfortable. We call it a sweet

home only when it meets all of our requirements. This type of house is known

as an ideal house.

A good house must have three important features– Ventilation, Sunlight and

Sanitation.

Ventilation

A house should have plenty of doors, windows,
and ventilators to allow sunlight to enter. Doors,

windows, and ventilators allow fresh air and light

to flow freely throughout the house.

Proper circulation of fresh air and light in a house
is called ventilation. Green plants clean the air by releasing oxygen.

A house with plants inside and outside looks beautiful too.

Sunlight

The sunlight inside the house makes it bright and joyful.

Sunlight kills the germs and disinfects the house. Sunlight

in the house makes it appear bright and happy.
