A. Subject - Verb Agreement
The subject of a sentence is either a noun or a pronoun. It is the person or thing that is
doing something or being talked about.
The subject is always followed by a verb.
A singular subject takes a singular verb.
The pronouns he, she and it take a singular verb.
Example: My cousin lives in Bangalore.

A plural subject takes a plural verb. The pronouns I, you, we and they also take a plural
verb.
Example: My cousins live in Bangalore.
