2. Parts of our Body
Think of any machine. How does it work? We see various devices and machines
around us, such as a washing machine, car, oven, cycle, television, mobile phone,
and many others. All of these machines are made up of many parts, each of
which has a specific function to perform. Similarly, different parts of our body
work together to function.
External and Internal body parts
Some of our body parts can be seen from outside. These are called external body
parts. For example – hands, legs, eyes, ears, nose etc.
Hand Eyes Nose Legs Ear
Some of our body parts cannot be seen from outside as they are inside the
body. These are called the internal body parts. For example – brain, lungs,
heart, stomach etc.
